Our sales process:
The purpose of this section is to address many frequently asked questions we get from prospective buyers about how the entire sales process is carried out from start to finish at our dealership when an interested party wants to buy a vehicle from us. There are many aspects of the vehicle buying process that a lot of people are unfamiliar with if they have never purchased a used vehicle from a dealer before or never bought a vehicle remotely over the phone or internet. Our goal is to help take some of the guess work and anxiety out of it and make it clear and obvious how we handle that process here at Black Market Bikez LLC. As always, our number one objective is for the customer to come away from a deal being as satisfied as we would want to be when purchasing your new to you pride and joy. People choose to purchase a motorcycle out of a passion for more than just having a tool to use on the daily commute and being lifelong riders ourselves we understand a lot of emotion goes into the buying process for a bike. That is why we want to make sure someone is 100% comfortable and informed when purchasing a vehicle from us as to not only what the exact condition of the bike is but also how the paperwork and titling process is handled. We describe in detail in this section how the process is handled from start to finsh for in state and out of state buyers but please don't hesitate to call us if you still have any questions regarding any apsect of the sales process.

While the lease to own no credit check program remains one of our most popular options for customers looking to purchase a vehicle using payments, we do work with many local banks that offer conventional financing with some of the most competitive rates in the country. We have the customer apply directly through the bank of their choosing based on what would work best for their current situation. We do not currently offer any type of financing directly through our dealership and do not check credit here at the dealership. We also welcome customers to come with their own financing already lined up as we deal with many military members that regularly purchase vehicles from us using autodraft loan checks from USAA and Navy Federal. We accept cash, money orders, paypal, cash app, venmo, loan checks, as well as personal checks for full vehicle payment. We will not release the title for any vehicle paid for with a personal check until the check has been cleared by our financial institution which can take over 7-10 days in some cases.
Remote and contactless sales:
As the world continues to change at a rapid pace to what is considered the new normal we have developed a more streamlined process for buyers to have completely contactless and in some cases fully remote sales. This process is generally initiated through online contact and then carried out over the phone. We will always spend as much time as necessary answering a customers questions over the phone and working to accommodate their schedule for delivery. We can take payment securely and remotely and have professional shipping companies that can ship the bike door to door as well as deliver ourselves locally. We always offer to send video walkarounds of the bike running and can take video test drives on the go pro if the customer requests that as well which will be posted to youtube for viewing. We have satisfied customers all over the country and all over the world and hope to continue to instill the same confidence those buyers felt when purchasing from us with many new enthusiasts to come even if we never meet face to face.
All vehicles we sell are sold with a clean and clear title free of any liens or brands and reflect actual vehicle mileage unless specifically stated otherwise in the vehicle listing. We rarely but occasionally will sell vehicles with a reconstructed title or a previous salvage history but would make that very obvious and well known in the description as the first sentence in all of our vehicle condition statements describes the title status as well mileage status.
Vehicle registration process for in state residents:
We work with several local notaries and tag and title agencies in the area that process the titlework for our sales at the dealership. They charge $75.00 for online electronic processing of title deals. The title transfer process is required to be completed at the time of sale for in state residents although the vehicle registration is not. If the customer chooses to wait to insure the vehicle the registration can be done at a later date on their own. Our local notaries charge the current PENNDOT statewide fees for title, registration, lien recording, etc. which can be found listed on PENNDOTS website.
Out of state residents sales process and vehicle registration:

When an out of state resident purchases a bike from us the titlework is correctly reassigned here at our dealership to the buyer at the time of sale but the actual titlework and registration process is handled out of state at the customers local DMV or tag and title agency. There is absolutely no tax or state fees collected at the time of sale for out of state residents. We can send a buyers order via PDF or fax to a prospective buyer when someone is applying for financing out of state.
Dealer documentation fee:
We charge a non-negotiable documentation fee of $100 on all vehicles that are not sold through our lease to own program. There is a $180 lease documentation fee charged by the lease company at the time of lease signing on vehicles sold through their program. These fees are charged to cover expenses incurred for all paperwork processing related to sale of a vehicle. We charge no other back-end or hidden fees what-so-ever and the advertised sale price of the vehicle is as stated.
